Welcome to Hednesford!
Teacher- Miss Foxall
Teaching Assistant- Mrs Argyle
Hednesford, welcome back to school after what we hope was a lovely Easter break. We have an exciting few weeks planned, learning lots of things and having plenty of fun along the way. In English we are looking at a video clip called 'something fishy' and using this to help us write our own fantasy stories and non-chronological reports. Our topic this half term is Fashion. We will be exploring how fashion has changed over time, researching the Hat factory in Atherstone and designing/making our own hats! & in science we are continuing our learning on the environment exploring climate change and thinking of ways we, as a school, can make a difference.
- PE kits to be worn on a Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
- Reading books to be changed on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
- Spelling test every Thursday.
- Homework & spellings set on google classrooms every Friday and handed back in the following Wednesday.
You are all working super hard. We are so proud of you all!
Miss Foxall & Mrs Argyle.

Please see the links below for extra information about the Values and Virtues that we focus on each half-term.
THE GOD WHO SPEAKS
Each half term we focus on a different scripture reading. This reading will then be looked at in detail and we learn more about what it means, why it is important and how we can relate it to our lives.
"These have been written in order that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God" John 20:31
