KS2 Conker Competition

Autumn is Conker time, so on Thursday the 19th of October, the children in KS2 took part in a conker competition! All of the children in KS2 took part and were divided into 4 groups called A-E. Each of these groups had a battle with each member of the group having a go . Each winner from each group went into the semi-finals – it was very exciting. Everyone made a circle around the 4 semi-finalists who battled it out against one another. Jamie Dorman (Y6) played Evie Ford (Y6) and won. And Joseph Duffy (Y3) played Tom Boulstridge (Y3) and won. In the final Jamie hit Josephs conker which then flew into Mrs Simpsons leg and she then declared Jamie the winner!
