It is with enormous pleasure that I can take this opportunity to say hello to you - whoever you are! Mostly I am sure it is pupils, parents and friends of our school who are visiting, but if you have never heard of us or have stumbled on the site by accident, you are just as welcome - I am sure you will find our website interesting and informative.

How do I introduce us? Well…we are a Catholic school and proud of the fact that the work and activities that take place here are underpinned by the Christian values that are placed at the centre of all we do. It is a given that our parents want the best for their children and here at St Benedict’s we take that responsibility very seriously. We have a very caring, and committed staff, who work extremely hard to keep this school successful and dynamic. We have high expectations of our children and are very proud of their achievements. We are particularly proud of their sense of belonging, for we are like an extended family where mutual trust and respect bind us together to create a very special, happy place.

Everyone at St Benedict’s is special and is valued for the contribution they make to the life of the school as well as the work they do as individuals. Here, the whole is definitely greater than the sum of its parts!
